Community Gatherings

Beineinu offers year-round community wide gatherings. Between us we are all ethnicities, religions, gender expressions, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, economic and educational backgrounds. We believe Judaism is for everyone.

Our in-person gatherings include the High Holy Days, indoor and outdoor Shabbat services, other holiday celebrations, as well as cultural and educational experiences for people of all ages.

Music is essential to everything we do. Our gatherings are steeped with joy and music made by our team of world class musicians together with our community.

We may be a community without a building, but we certainly know how to hold space together. We rent indoor spaces throughout the year, in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We offer high holiday services on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. In the summer we meet in Brooklyn Bridge Park. We have also offered events in private homes, museums, gardens, and on rooftops.

Our model of togetherness is based on individual contributions. There are no membership fees for our community. The richness of our community’s offerings directly correlate to the generosity of our community members – as our cycle of giving and receiving is dynamic and interdependent.
